DESCRIPTION :
We are a young couple (french and italian) renting a flat in Gracia, Barcelona. Vila de Gracia is 10 min far from the center and 15 min from the beach in metro. Gracia is a posh district, with many lounge bars, and it’s the district where takes place the biggest musical party in August in Barcelona : Las Fiestas de Gracia.
We rent the living room with balcony of our flat, 25m2, with an outside kitchen, bathroom and toilets. The living room has a double quality bed (firm), one table with reclining armchairs, 2 windows with one balcony furnished with 2 chairs and a table (the living room in located to the north, you get the sun in the morning and freshness during the evening). We have wifi and TV.
The only part of the flat which is already rented is our bedroom, far from the room we rent, and we actually only go during nights to sleep. We are both of us working in big companies (Apple Inc. and an **** Hotel), we have the contract of the house.
We can also offer a good quality breakfast service.
The apartment in perfect for young couples, friends who wish to be near the center for visits and parties, but enjoy of the calm and fresh ambient of Gracia.
It is also possible to invite people in the flat for dinners, parties…
We also have a wii if you wish to bring games.
We provide :
- towels, shower gel, shampoo
- bedsheets, pillow cases…
- wash machine
- electrical oven, big fridge, freezer…
- WIFI, TV, Nintendo WII
PRICES :
The prices are for weeks, but can also be rented for some days :
- 500 euros / week for the high season
100 euros of security damage deposit.
For the same type of flat, in Gracia and not near the place where we are located, prices are around 100 euros/night and per person. Have a look on the websites!
For longer stays, we do discounts.
